Business Center & Conference Facilities- Located between the Metropole Wing and the Opera Wing is the Business Centre that offers full business support services, including fax, photocopy, scanner, secretary service, exchange facilities, telephone and broadband Internet. Meeting rooms are equipped with broadband internet access. Conference facilities were created for small and big meetings, cocktail receptions, parties and conventions.
Transfers - Airport shuttle and limousine service are also available in the hotel.

This hotel has 232 rooms including 32 Suites. The hotel is split into two wings, the original 100 year old Metropole Wing and the newer Opera Wing.
All rooms, except for the Premium rooms, can accommodate an extra bed and have maximum capacity of 3 persons.
